Q : How long does it take to make items?
A : Dyed items are made on the weekend and shipped the following Monday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be made the next weekend and shipped accordingly. Most of our items are made by hand and then dried in the sun to give a distinct color. Due to weather conditions and shipping speed please allow 10-15 business days for your item to arrive. If you have not received your item after 10 days, please contact us!
Q : Where my item at?!
A : All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number is available upon request.
Q : IMA LET YOU FINISH, but I'm just not digging my item anymore...what's your return policy?
A : We do not accept returns, but items may be exchanged for whatever reason (customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we'll cover return shipping costs).
Q : My item looks so dope but the color is different from the picture. Why?!
A : Most of our products are made individually with dye. Due to the nature of our dye we can't completely guarantee the color for any one of our dyed items. If you are unsatisfied with the result of our work, please contact us. We're more than happy to work something out with you!
Q : I've had my item for awhile now and I've started to notice holes appear out of nowhere... WHAT'S HAPPENING?!
A : The bad news is that due to the harsh nature of bleach dying, fabric is severely weakened during the process which may lead to rips/holes in your purchase down the road. We soak ALL of our dyed items in a special chemical that neutralizes the harmful effects of bleach but the fabric will still be weakened to some degree. The good news is that we will absolutely replace any damaged item for absolutely no charge if the damaged item is sent back to us.
